Right of Withdrawal Policy

1. Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, physically receive the goods.

2. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract in a clear and unambiguous statement. You may do this by:

    • Customer name

    • Address

    • Description of the product(s) being returned

    • Date of order and date of receipt

3. Conditions of Return

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

  • Items must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation originally provided.

  • Any depreciation in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may be deducted from the refund.

4. Products Excluded from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Goods that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons, once unsealed after delivery.

  • Perishable or consumable goods with a short shelf life.

  • Digital content supplied electronically, if the download or streaming has already started with your consent.

5. Return Procedure

  • Once your withdrawal request is accepted, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

6. Refunds

  • If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

  • Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

7. Liability for Returned Goods

You are responsible for the safe return of the goods. We recommend that you use a secure shipping method with tracking to avoid any disputes. We are not liable for goods lost or damaged during return transit.
